Swim Lesson Policies

1. Refunds & Make-Up Lessons

• Swim With Clayy does not guarantee refunds for lessons or enrollment fees.
• Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of the Founder, Clayton Reed.
• Monthly enrollment members are eligible for make-up lessons in accordance with their enrollment plan.
• Eligible make-up lessons may roll over as permitted under the enrollment plan.
• Individual (per-lesson) bookings are not eligible for rollover and expire at the end of the applicable month unless otherwise approved.

2. Payment Policy

• Swim With Clayy accepts payments exclusively through approved payment methods managed by Clayton Reed.
• Online payments are processed through Square or the official Swim With Clayy website.
• Monthly enrollment payments are due on the first (1st) day of each month.
• Individual lesson payments must be paid in full prior to the start of the scheduled lesson.
• Lessons may be canceled or postponed if payment has not been received.

3. Facility & Equipment

• Swim With Clayy proudly partners with The Stacy Center for use of its swimming facilities and designated equipment.
• All swimmers, parents, and guests are expected to respect the facility, equipment, staff, and other patrons.
• Any damage caused by intentional misuse of facility property may be the financial responsibility of the participant or parent/guardian.
• Swim With Clayy is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property brought to lessons.

4. Parent Responsibilities

• A parent or legal guardian must remain inside the pool area during all lessons involving participants under the age of eighteen (18).
• Parents are responsible for restroom breaks before lessons begin. If a swimmer requires a restroom break during a lesson, the parent or guardian must assist them.
• Parents should promptly inform the instructor of any changes to emergency contacts or medical information.

5. Attendance & Arrival

• Please arrive approximately 5–10 minutes before your scheduled lesson.
• Lessons begin and end at their scheduled time. Time lost due to late arrival cannot be extended.

6. Illness Policy

• Swimmers experiencing fever, vomiting, diarrhea, contagious illness, or other symptoms that may place others at risk should not attend lessons.
• Please notify Swim With Clayy as soon as possible if a lesson must be missed due to illness.

7. Conduct & Safety

• Swimmers, parents, and guests are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors, staff, and other participants.
• Unsafe, disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate removal from the lesson without refund.
• All participants must follow instructor directions and comply with facility rules at all times.

8. Weather & Facility Closures

• Lessons may be postponed or canceled due to severe weather, pool maintenance, mechanical issues, or circumstances beyond Swim With Clayy’s control.
• When possible, affected lessons will be rescheduled according to the make-up lesson policy.

9. Communication

• Parents are responsible for maintaining current contact information.
• Swim With Clayy may communicate important lesson updates, scheduling changes, billing notices, and emergency information through email, text message, or telephone.

10. Policy Changes

Swim With Clayy reserves the right to update or modify these policies at any time. The most current version will be available through the Swim With Clayy parent portal and official website. Continued participation in lessons constitutes acceptance of the current policies.
