6. Data Retention
We keep inquiry information only as long as needed to respond and to maintain reasonable business records. Enrollment, scheduling, and payment records are kept as long as necessary for accounting, tax, and legal purposes, then deleted or destroyed.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold, including limiting access to the Instructor. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please avoid sending sensitive medical details through unsecured channels beyond what is needed for safety.
8. Your Choices and Rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you or your swimmer, and you may opt out of non-essential messages at any time by replying “stop” or contacting us. We will honor reasonable requests unless we are required to retain the information by law. Missouri does not currently have a comprehensive consumer privacy statute; we honor these requests as a matter of practice.
9. Third-Party Links
This website may link to third-party sites, such as a facility or a payment provider. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites; review their policies separately.
